About the Role

We’re seeking a highly attentive, compassionate, and growth-minded Biofeedback / Neurofeedback / Transcranial Photobiomodulation (tPBM) Technician to join our clinical team. This is a patient-facing role where you’ll work directly with clients during neurofeedback, biofeedback, and tPBM sessions to help them regulate, improve focus, reduce anxiety, and strengthen executive functioning.


No prior neurofeedback experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.


Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Preparation & Session Setup
  • Prepare equipment for neurofeedback, biofeedback, and tPBM sessions.
  • Ensure proper placement of sensors and electrodes while prioritizing patient comfort.
  • Maintain treatment rooms for cleanliness and readiness.
Client Experience & Session Support
  • Guide clients through sessions with professionalism, warmth, and clear communication.
  • Help children, teens, and adults feel calm, safe, and supported during treatment.
  • Explain treatment processes in a simple, reassuring way.
Clinical Monitoring & Documentation
  • Monitor sessions to ensure proper equipment function and protocol accuracy.
  • Observe and communicate patient responses to clinical leadership.
  • Maintain accurate session notes and progress tracking.
Operational Excellence
  • Follow safety procedures, HIPAA standards, and clinical protocols.
  • Support scheduling flow and treatment room readiness.
  • Assist with treatment plan coordination and clinician communication.
Team Collaboration
  • Participate in weekly meetings and clinical training.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and patient experience.
