Serenity Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in providing exceptional home-based care to patients in Tampa, Florida. This full-time position offers therapists the flexibility to choose their hours while delivering personalized rehabilitation services to patients in the comfort of their homes. The salary range for this role is between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

This position is entirely onsite, allowing therapists to engage directly with patients in their own homes. Our home care model is designed to offer convenience and accessibility while ensuring that our therapists have the tools and resources needed to perform their duties effectively. As part of a collaborative team, you will work alongside other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans that enhance patient recovery outcomes.

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries in their home care environment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise, stretching, hands-on therapy, and appropriate equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document patient treatments, responses, and progress accurately to maintain clear communication within the healthcare team.
• Reassess therapeutic goals regularly and adapt treatments to continue advancing each patient’s recovery.
• Assist patients in the use and fitting of assistive devices for self-care and mobility enhancement.
• Provide education and training for patients, caregivers, and family members regarding the use of therapeutic modalities and effective physical therapy procedures.
• Continue to develop professional knowledge by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and engaging in self-directed learning.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including children and adults with varying physical needs and rehabilitation goals. Your role requires a compassionate and adaptable approach as you cater to the unique circumstances of each patient, ensuring they receive the best possible care tailored specifically for them.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapy license issued by the State of Florida is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and other computer applications utilized in patient documentation and care management.
• Must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to various patient needs and home environments.

• While a minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist is desirable, newly graduated professionals will be considered, especially those eager to learn and grow within the field.
