Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform neurofeedback therapy sessions in patients' homes
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot BrainMaster neurofeedback systems
  • Monitor patient progress and ensure proper session protocols are followed
  • Maintain accurate session documentation and reports
  • Educate patients and caregivers on the neurofeedback process
  • Ensure compliance with safety, HIPAA, and clinical standards
  • Travel to multiple patient locations daily as scheduled

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Neurofeedback Technician
  • Mandatory experience using BrainMaster systems (e.g., Discovery, Atlantis, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of neurofeedback protocols and brainwave training
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between patient homes
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills

Equipment Requirement
  • Technician must own and provide their own neurofeedback equipment
  • Equipment must be FDA-approved and compliant for neurofeedback therapy
  • Must include BrainMaster system and all necessary accessories (sensors, amplifiers, software, etc.)
  • Technician is responsible for maintenance, calibration, and functionality of their equipment
