Position Summary:

  • Assist in providing a safe, beautiful and peaceful environment according to company policy, State and Joint Commission regulations, local building codes and OSHA.
  • Tasks may include carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall repair or installation, painting, roofing, mechanical repair, landscaping, gardening and other duties related to onsite light duty construction and maintenance.
  • May be required to perform housekeeping, grounds and security duties as needed.

Education :

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma Preferred.

Certification:

  • CPI,CPR and First Aid. Valid Drivers License.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years experience in the maintenance or construction industry.
  • Able to use or compute basic mathematical calculations, read an interpret safety rules, manuals, maintenance procedures and job assignments/instructions.
  • Able to read blueprints, shop drawings or other work specifications and diagrams to determine the preferred procedure for constructing buildings, structures, cabinetry and other plan operation systems.
