Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with neurological conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

Collaborate with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to ensure comprehensive care

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and condition management

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Stay current with advancements in neurological rehabilitation

Qualifications

Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
