What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert-level feedback, data, or training in your field (STEM, business, law, languages, etc.)
  • Evaluate, refine, or create AI training content to boost model performance
  • Tackle intellectually stimulating tasks—on your own schedule
Who You Are
  • A domain expert, researcher, educator, or professional with deep expertise
  • Strong proficiency in written English; multilingual skills are a plus
  • Able to dedicate 5–40 flexible hours per week based on your availability
  • Preferred: senior undergrad, graduate student, or degree holders (Master’s, PhD)
Compensation
  • $15–$150 per hour, depending on domain and task complexity
