Job Description The Product & Regulatory Operations organization supports user and business safety across client platforms in partnership with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional teams. We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist (Technical + LLM) to drive growth, engagement, and product quality through data-driven decision making and technical tooling. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical product operations, SQL, AI-assisted workflows, and dashboarding and a proven ability to build analytical solutions, accelerate workflows with AI, and improve programs through data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities: Support program execution strategy across multiple products and platforms, including initiating 0-to-1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving outcomes via programmatic and technical solutions. Write and optimize SQL queries, including CTEs and window functions, to collect, transform, and analyze product data and surface insights. Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Unidash and Google Sheets to support real-time decision making.

Leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions. Identify program risks proactively, define data-backed mitigation plans, and communicate updates to cross-functional stakeholders. Perform program management to forecast roadblocks using data, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and execute with technical rigor.

Contribute to data labeling and LLM training initiatives across organizations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management with focus on technical product operations. Proficient in SQL, including advanced queries with CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and transformations.

Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows, including effective prompting and iteration. Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, automation, and clear documentation. Strong multi-tasking skills with experience managing concurrent workstreams.

Self-starter who works independently, takes initiative, and drives projects to completion. Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and domains and adapt to changing technical requirements. Effective critical thinking with a record of using data to anticipate issues and drive solutions.

Proven time-management and organizational capabilities. Experience with data annotation and labeling, and LLM training within product quality teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.

Low-code or no-code prototyping and AI-assisted code generation experience. Dashboarding and data visualization experience with Unidash, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools. Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts.

Experience collaborating with engineering on technical specifications and requirements. Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows. Experience testing and implementing manual and automated test strategies for products and features.
