Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing USA Sales team. In this position, you will work with our Networks device portfolio and help drive business development and partner growth across the United States market.

In this role, you will:

Teltonikaโ€™s Networks business unit develops and manufactures advanced networking technology hardware devices used across industries such as smart cities, manufacturing, agricultural, industrial solutions. In this role you will:

  • Lead, train, motivate, and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients representing Teltonika Notworks
  • Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned region
  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with system integrators, resellers, and solution providers
  • Build long-term relationships with key partners and provide consultative sales support
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, product presentations, and industry events
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals
  • Maintain internal CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth
  • Coordinate technical inquiries with engineering teams and support logistics processes
  • Ensure order tracking and follow-up with customers

What we expect of you:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience selling hardware or IoT technology solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, or system integrators
