Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Trainer to join our team and elevate the performance of our retail staff. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, coaching, and helping others grow in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for sales staff

Develop training materials to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for growth
