Minimum qualifications:

As the Network Delivery and Implementation (NDI) Training and Onboarding Program Manager, you will own the training and onboarding programs within NDI. You will own and drive a program designed to enable new hires to achieve independent network deployment capabilities quickly, consistently, and safely. You will have a blend of program management expertise, technical understanding of network deployment, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will work cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders and leveraging tools and automation to enhance the onboarding and upskilling experience, ultimately contributing to faster and more efficient network delivery.

Responsibilities
