This role involves strategic planning, execution, and maintenance of network systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. The Network Lead will be responsible for leading a team of network professionals, managing a diverse range of network environments, and ensuring alignment with our overall IT strategy.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Network Strategy and Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive network strategy that supports the organization's business objectives and technology roadmap.* Network Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and other related systems.* Security and Compliance: Ensure network security protocols are in place, updated, and compliant with industry standards, including proactive measures to prevent network breaches.* Project Management: Lead network-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.* Team Leadership and Development: Manage and develop a team of network professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented environment.* Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring effective service delivery.* Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging network technologies and trends, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.* Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in network management, with a proven track record in overseeing complex network infrastructures, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and relevant network certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable.* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, wireless technology, network security, and cloud services.* Leadership Skills: Extensive experience in leading and developing a technical team, with strong interpersonal and management skills.* Strategic Thinking: Ability to align network strategies with business goals and adapt to evolving technological and business landscapes.* Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting network issues.* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with various stakeholders.**WHAT WE OFFER**We provide compensation and benefits programs intended to attract, motivate, reward, and retain an incredibly talented, globally diverse workforce at all levels within our organization.
