POSITION OVERVIEW


ComPsych is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network, delivering high‑quality counseling services to employees and their household members.


As an independent provider within our EAP network, providers deliver short‑term, solution‑focused counseling and clinical support to individuals navigating personal, professional, and life challenges. This opportunity is primarily and ideally intended for in‑person EAP counseling, supporting employees through face‑to‑face services within their local communities.



ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES


EAP Network Providers are responsible for delivering high‑quality, ethical, and client‑centered counseling services in alignment with ComPsych’s EAP model and clinical standards.

  • Providing short‑term, solution‑focused EAP counseling to employees and eligible household members, primarily through in‑person sessions within your community
  • Conducting intake assessments, clinical evaluations, and counseling sessions focused on practical strategies, coping skills, and stabilization
  • Supporting clients as they navigate concerns such as workplace stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, work‑life balance, and other non‑acute behavioral health needs
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
  • Coordinating with ComPsych’s clinical intake, referral, and authorization processes as applicable, ensuring continuity of care and appropriate case management
  • Delivering services in compliance with all ethical guidelines, licensure requirements, and scope‑of‑practice expectations governing your profession


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree or higher in a related behavioral health field
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience post-masters
  • Highest-level professional accreditation or registration
  • Active professional liability insurance coverage, where applicable
  • Copy of most recent resume or CV


Compensation is provided on a per-session basis. The anticipated rate range is $70–$120 CAD per session, depending on provider credentials, experience, geographic location, and service modality. Final contracted rates are determined through the onboarding process.
