  • Work closely with enterprise architecture to ensure alignment plans.Document and promote designated technical standards and pilot the technology. Lead the evaluation and selection of Network products.
  • Ensure that industry best practices are incorporated into standard solutions delivered. Embrace and implement standard configuration and change management processes and practices.
  • Lead the resolution of level 3 incidents, problems, changes, release management efforts to ensure high levels of customer service and SLAs are met.
  • Manage operational costs; conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts for expanded functionality/user base.
