Location: Redmond, WA

Job Description:

3 + years' Network Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support roles.

Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.

Soft Skills

o Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations

o Strong communications skills - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

o The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable

o Demonstrable troubleshooting skills

o Cross-team collaboration

Networking Skills

o Experience with networking concepts including Load balancer, Routing, Switching, Security

o Experience and familiarity with networking tools (ping, tracert, wire shark, etc.)
