Job description

Build your project management career while helping essential businesses achieve long-lasting success. As an Associate Consulting Services Project Manager, you will coordinate customer-facing BisTrack projects for building supply and distribution customers, supporting work from the signed statement of work through implementation, go-live, and transition to Support. You will manage multiple projects and partner with customers, consultants, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to keep delivery organized and on track. We are seeking applicants with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

What you will be doing:
  • Manage approximately 10-15 concurrent customer projects, including new implementations, branch additions, upgrades, and add-on consulting engagements.
  • Coordinate projects from the completed statement of work through implementation, go-live, post-go-live support, and transition to the Support team.
  • Maintain project plans, documentation, action items, stakeholder updates, and structured follow-through across each engagement.
  • Partner with customers, consultants, project sponsors, and internal project teams to align related workstreams and address risks or escalations.
  • Support projects of varying size and complexity, from shorter upgrades and branch additions to larger SMB, K&A, and enterprise implementations.
  • Build knowledge of BisTrack, team processes, and available resources through independent learning and close collaboration with colleagues.
  • Travel to customer sites for major implementation milestones, including go-live, based on project requirements.
What you will likely bring:
  • 1-3 years' experience in project coordination, project management, customer success, consulting, support, operations, or another customer-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism to work directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities, manage competing deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach to learning, problem-solving, documentation, and process improvement.
  • Comfort working with changing technology, business systems, and common productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20-30%, with travel varying based on customer and project needs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
What could set you apart:
  • Experience supporting software implementations, ERP projects, or other complex customer-facing engagements.
  • Exposure to building supply, lumber, wholesale distribution, or related industries.
