Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery milestones
Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams, suppliers, and external vendors
Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall performance against agreed objectives
Track costs, schedules, quality, and delivery outcomes against approved plans and tolerances
Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate project documentation, governance, reporting, and delivery records
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared accountability
