Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Manage and support firewalls, NAC, micro-segmentation, DDoS protection, DNS security, and RADIUS authentication services.
  • Provide engineering support for Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass, and micro-segmentation platforms.
  • Support cloud security initiatives in Azure and GCP.
  • Contribute to security policy automation efforts using Python, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Operations, Infrastructure, and Security teams to implement and maintain network security controls.
  • Support incident response, network flow analysis, troubleshooting, and production changes.
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend support rotations as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Network Security and Network Engineering.
  • Strong experience with firewall technologies, network security, Cisco, Arista, and Fortinet platforms.
  • Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) and micro-segmentation technologies.
  • Knowledge of DDoS mitigation, DNS security, and RADIUS authentication.
  • Experience supporting Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform security.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Python, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Aruba ClearPass and Illumio (or similar micro-segmentation solutions).
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
  • Experience working with Cyber Operations, Incident Response, and Security Engineering teams.
