Contribute with technical and operational guidance to lead professional teams. Manage special projects or departmental functions, either nationally or internationally. Define and decide objectives within specified business concepts or projects and motivate team members outside the department to achieve objectives. Oversee tools and assigned resources and ensure impact on departmental results and activities. Lead multifunctional teams in activities subject to measurements, customer satisfaction, and project costs. Participate in overall functional program planning. Utilize: Routing Protocols, Switching Protocols, Agile Methodology, Software Defined Networking, Python, Network Monitoring Tools (Appneta, Oculus, Kentik, ThousandEyes, Grafana). Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related and two (2) years of experience as an Network Reliability Engineer or related.
