Role: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location: Dallas Texas (Onsite)

Experience: 10 30 years

Job Type: Fulltime

Role Overview

We are hiring a highly experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to drive stability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical production systems. This role focuses on automation, observability, and proactive incident prevention to ensure high availability and system resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure system reliability aligned with SLO/SLA targets
  • Build automation solutions for incident prevention and faster recovery
  • Monitor infrastructure and applications; resolve performance bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with Major Incident Management (MIM) teams during critical events
  • Drive proactive problem management and continuous resilience improvements
  • Enhance observability through dashboards, alerts, and monitoring frameworks

Key Requirements

  • 15 18 years experience in SRE / Production Support / IT Operations
  • Strong scripting/automation expertise (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Moogsoft, SolarWinds, or equivalent
  • Expert-level understanding of infrastructure, cloud, networking, and OS environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and incident management skills

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
