Job Summary: 

The primary purpose of the Analyst position will be to provide coaching on vendor performance and publish departmentKPIs. This position works closely with many cross functional teams, including but not limited to all warehouses,merchant, accounts payable, EDI, and external vendors. The role requires the individual to be a subject matter expert onour Supply Chain processes relating to the end-to-end P2P process.

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $58,604.00 - $66,000.00 annually

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Apply knowledge of the end-to-end P2P process to make recommendation to cross functional teams on how to improve the supply chain processes.
  • Design, develop, publish and give presentations on department KPIs.
  • Proactively analyze and identify areas to improve vendor performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvement activities.
  • Provide vendor coaching to increase vendor performance.
  • Find resolution to complicated issues that can’t be resolved by the Vendor Relations team.
  • Story tell about the department by presentations and contributing company newsletters.
  • Review and approval of all Unplanned Service Fees.
  • Research and respond to vendor charge disputes.
  • Draft Vendor Agreement Updates and send email blasts to our vendor community.
  • Vendor & Buyer Training on Traverse / Presentations.
  • Ownership of the Traverse System relationship 

Job Requirements: 

  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Well-developed analytical skill, expert level .xls and Power BI experience required
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team with a focus on team engagement and development
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels ofthe organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills are essential. Must be able handle multiple projects andrequests simultaneously and coordinate across multiple functions within an organization
  • Proven ability to make judgment calls and sound, ethical decisions displaying a heightened level of responsibility,confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, flawless delivery.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $58,604.00 - $66,000.00 annually. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
