In the role of Project Manager, we'll count on you to: 
 
  • Assisting the program team supporting various project management duties and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and resources.
  • Responsible for all project management aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff.
  • Assisting with coordination of work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out).
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. Coordinate staffing and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule.
  • Implement QA/QC procedures.
  • Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule
  • Develop procurement documents and coordinate the procurement process for alternative delivery projects (specifically design-build, progressive design-build, and CM/GC).
  • Assist in development of request for qualifications, request for proposals and other procurement documents. Address and respond to questions, issue addenda, and coordinate with the program management team and clients. Participate in evaluation of technical documents as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications 
 
  • Master's degree
  • PMP certification
  • Interest in advancing digital delivery and AI-supported workflows in infrastructure projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 7 years related experience inclusive of a minimum 2 years experience in project management
  • Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
  • MS Office and MS Project experience is required 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
