Position: Hardware Operations Lead
Location: Abernathy, Texas
Job ID: 176381
Job Overview:
The Hardware Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring hardware reliability and managing escalations. This role involves leading L1/L2 teams, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs), and mentoring team members. Experience in AI data centers is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Own hardware reliability and manage escalations.
  • Lead and mentor L1/L2 teams.
  • Develop and implement SOPs and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide support for break/fix escalations.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with break/fix escalations.
  • Proven ability to build and implement SOPs and SLAs.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Preferred experience in AI data center operations.
  • Backgrounds from companies like Amazon (L4 equivalent), Google, Oracle, Tesla (Dojo), or xAI are highly desirable.
