We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead custom manufacturing projects from the moment Sales hands them off through production, installation, and successful customer completion.
This is more than managing schedules—you'll be the central point of communication between our customers, engineering, production, supply chain, and installation teams, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do
Own Projects from Start to Finish

You'll take full responsibility for managing assigned projects after the sales process is complete.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Review project documentation, CAD drawings, specifications, renderings, project binder and customer requirements
  • Complete and finalize Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accurate part numbers and material requirements
  • Coordinate purchasing with Supply Chain and monitor long-lead items
  • Develop and manage project schedules with Operations
  • Track production progress and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery
  • Coordinate shipping, installation logistics, and customer communication
  • Manage project changes, change orders, and schedule adjustments
  • Maintain accurate project documentation in Monday.com and company systems
  • Complete project closeout, cost analysis, and lessons learned documentation

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, millwork, architectural products, industrial equipment, or a related industry
  • Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD drawings
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP or inventory systems (Fishbowl experience is a plus)
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software
  • Manufacturing, fabrication, architectural millwork, commercial construction, or custom products experience
  • PMP certification is welcomed but not required
