Scope:

Operations Project Coordinator will closely monitor multiple projects running in active production. Under the guidance of the Production Operations team, the Project Coordinator will assist an Operations Project Support Engineer in ensuring that a given program or project is completed within both time and budgetary constraints. This may involve providing information to the larger PMO (Project Management Organization) to assist in generating and sharing status updates with the customer. Additionally, the Project Coordinator may lead smaller projects or programs outside of the scope of the larger PMO, monitoring day-to-day progress and relaying that update upwards.

Duties:

  • Assist Operations Project Support Engineer with ensuring the success of various projects by gathering and relaying information, helping to develop action plans, and monitoring assigned risk items.
  • Closely monitor assigned project's status through the manufacturing process, escalating issues as needed.
  • Quickly and accurately share project or program status internally with the Operations Project Support Engineer.
  • Provide support in developing and maintaining detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Support the preparation of customer status reports, as needed, by providing appropriate data to PMO.
  • Work closely with production personnel to develop a thorough understanding of factors impacting production.
  • Perform all other related duties as directed by Supervisor or Project/Program Manager they are supporting.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across functional groups.
  • Ability to accurately retain and relay information without requiring in-depth knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Effective at building relationships in a cross-functional environment (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Skilled at gathering relevant data to support problem-solving efforts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project).
  • Must be able to follow written processes and maintain accurate documentation.
  • General understanding of corporate accounting fundamentals, with ability to read and understand a balance sheet

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$41,507 - $65,608

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
