Team members collaborate closely to ensure constant coverage and swift problem resolution, and frequent communication with engineers and support teams is essential. In addition, you may participate in routine maintenance or troubleshooting, ensuring the stability and reliability of critical infrastructure. Over time, strong performers can progress to senior NOC analyst, network engineer, or supervisory roles.
