Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Operations & Modernization Lead to lead global network operations while driving the modernization of our enterprise network infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, improving network reliability, and delivering scalable, secure, and automated network services across campus, data center, cloud, WAN, and remote environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise network operational excellence by improving service reliability, availability, and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvements in network connectivity across campuses, manufacturing sites, data centers, cloud environments, and remote users.
  • Identify and execute network modernization opportunities, including automation, cloud networking, SD-WAN, and infrastructure lifecycle upgrades.
  • Partner closely with Cyber Security teams to align network architecture with security standards, segmentation, compliance requirements, and risk reduction initiatives.
  • Develop and implement automation and operational efficiency programs to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
  • Communicate network strategy, operational health, modernization progress, and business impact to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Network, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
  • Support strategic planning and roadmap development for future network capabilities and technology investments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting global enterprise environments with 10,000+ users.
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or other highly distributed environments.
  • Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) networking and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
  • Experience with cloud transformation and hybrid networking.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile practices.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of enterprise networking experience.
  • 5+ years leading global network operations or engineering teams.
  • Experience with Cisco technologies, network automation, and enterprise monitoring platforms
  • Proven experience leading enterprise network modernization initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise routing, switching, wireless, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network security.
  • Experience leading large-scale network transformation and modernization programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, and multi-functional collaboration skills

Base Pay Range: $137,800.00 - $234,300.00 Annually
Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
