As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
  • Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
