For this Operations Associate / Operations Coordinator position, you'll be working for our high school in north Philadelphia called TECH Freire Charter School (9th-12th Grade): Freire Schools' established rigorous college-prep high school program is infused with technology and entrepreneurship education to unlock creativity and potential in our students. We have a culture that demands excellence from our students while providing them the supports they need to achieve at high levels and prepare for college. TECH Freire's Class of 2025 included 88 graduates, with 89% accepted to four-year colleges and universities. What you'll do
Working closely with the Assistant Director of Operations, the Operations Associate supports the systems and day-to-day functions that keep the school running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Support student enrollment, records, and SIS data accuracy
  • Provide front office support, including greeting visitors and responding to family needs
  • Manage supplies, inventory, and school-wide materials
  • Coordinate logistics for events, testing, and daily operations
  • Maintain operational systems and support reporting and compliance

Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and more. Pennsylvania employees are enrolled in Freire's 403(b) retirement plan which includes a 5% contribution from Freire.
