Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager who will report to the Head of Global Network Programs to help us develop and implement programs such as our Dealer Certification Program and our financial data-sharing tool for our global dealer network. In this role, you will play a key role in creating program offerings tailored to the needs of our dealers and our business requirements. You will be at the forefront of developing relevant programs for our BRP dealer network, supporting network performance, and enhancing BRP’s value proposition.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with various stakeholders (regional colleagues and cross-functional team experts). Develop and lead all project activities, including the work plan, detailed schedule, and governance framework. Ensure coordination among key team members (product managers, coordinators, analysts, etc.).

Identify and manage risks, issues, and continuous improvement opportunities. Monitor project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs). Plan and coordinate program deployment as well as change management initiatives.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another related field. Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience. Spoken and written: English & French.

The ability to communicate with dealers and colleagues outside Quebec daily. Strong planning and organizational skills. The ability to define operational requirements and implement processes and tools to support them.

Very strong influencing skills, team spirit, and collaboration. Strong interpersonal skills. The ability to build and maintain trusting relationships.
