What is network maintenance?

Network maintenance refers to the regular tasks and activities performed to keep a computer network operating efficiently and securely. Proper network maintenance helps prevent downtime, data loss, and security breaches, ensuring seamless connectivity for users and devices.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a network maintenance technician?

To excel as a Network Maintenance Technician, you need a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, troubleshooting, and hardware/software installation, often supported by a degree in information technology or a related field.
