A Network Intern assists with the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of an organization's computer networks. They typically support network engineers in tasks such as configuring routers and switches, monitoring network performance, and resolving connectivity issues. Interns may also help document network setups, perform upgrades, and ensure network security. This role provides hands-on experience and exposure to real-world IT environments, making it ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing a career in networking.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a network intern?

To excel as a Network Intern, a foundational understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and basic troubleshooting is essential, often supported by coursework in computer science or IT.
