We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Technician with 2-3+ years of experience to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and data center operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hardware, network troubleshooting, and system maintenance, and can work independently or with IT teams to ensure high availability and reliability.

    Job Description
    • Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, network devices, and related infrastructure
    • Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and hardware issues
    • Assist in system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance
    • Support data center operations, including racking, cabling, and device setup
    • Work with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
    • Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and maintenance logs
    • Ensure compliance with security, safety, and operational policies
    • Assist in backup, disaster recovery, and system redundancy tasks
    Qualifications
    • 2-3+ years of experience as an IT or Infrastructure Technician
    • Hands-on experience with servers, storage, networking devices, and cabling
