Sprint Planning & Execution: Formulate monthly sprint plans and develop robust implementation strategies to ensure deliverables are met on time and with exceptional quality.

Risk & Schedule Management: Proactively review and analyze project schedules to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery. Provide recommendations to management on process and policy improvements to reduce recurring delays and improve schedule performance for major capital equipment and projects exceeding $10 million. Cross-Functional Communication & Stakeholder Management Technical-to-Operational Translation: Bridge the gap between highly technical engineering teams and operations teams by translating technical data on data center designs to identify delayed equipment and supply chain risks into clear, actionable steps.

Global Strategic Liaison: Manage diverse client stakeholder groups and perform conflict resolutions. Seamlessly coordinate and drive alignment across cross-functional global teams, including onshore and offshore resources operating across highly diverse time zones and cultural environments. Advisory & Process Improvement: Analyze operational and platform data to advise senior leadership on managerial and procedural changes (such as risk and schedule management workflows); propose improvements to internal methods, workflows, and communications based on audit findings to improve the effectiveness of project management methods leading to the predictable and accelerated delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects globally.

Data Center Supply Chain & Construction Knowledge Multi-Vendor Orchestration: Manage alignment, coordinate resources, and track project progress within a highly complex environment consisting of 15 to 20+ specialized hardware and infrastructure vendors. Supply Chain Logistics: Track supply chain risks and monitor specialized data center infrastructure and equipment scheduling to ensure seamless site status updates. Data Center Infrastructure & Equipment Expertise: Apply deep operational knowledge of specialized data center equipment (including server racks, cooling infrastructure, and power units), their high-level uses, manufacturing processes, key global suppliers, and lead times.

Leverage this technical domain knowledge to recommend transferring equipment, modifying existing hardware configurations, or fast-tracking production to resolve critical supply bottlenecks. Senior Leadership Alignment: Translate complex technical, logistical, and program data into high-level status updates and strategic recommendations for senior executive leadership. Testing, Workflow Optimization & Systems training Platform & Dashboard Administration: Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for proprietary client planning and governance platforms.

Manage end-to-end data integrity and custom dashboard reporting across 200 to 300 active sites, tracking delays for multiple hundreds of individual equipment pieces simultaneously to prevent tracking inaccuracies Quality Assurance (QA) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Design and execute QA processes and perform UAT on newly developed tools, supply chain tracking applications, and project management platforms. Perform compliance audits across 100+ client sites to verify timely and accurate vendor construction schedule submissions, escalating gaps and conflicts to leadership.

Rapid Tool Adoption: Demonstrate the ability to learn new software applications quickly and rapidly produce clear process workflows for client use. Team Training & Enablement: Create training programs and lead the onboarding and ramping up of new technical team members to ensure rapid integration into active infrastructure programs. Client Advisory & Capital Project Delivery Client Advisory: Provide advisory services to clients on capital project delivery, project management practices, and operational challenges by analyzing business requirements, evaluating risks, and recommending solutions to support project objectives.

Business Process Improvement: Conduct analyses of client operations, project performance, and business processes to identify issues, assess alternatives, and recommend solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and support the successful delivery of capital projects.
