Project Manager. Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures; responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project. Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products; Write contract Scope of Deliverables; Follows process and standards update and creation. Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management; Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes; Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications); Monitor and report on project KPIs. Looking for candidate who is passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience, has demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**** Mandatory Skills & Experience
**** 1. Enterprise Network Implementation Management experience leading end-to-end network deployments, infrastructure readiness, and deployment planning. 2. WAN Connectivity and Carrier Circuit Coordination skilled in WAN planning, circuit delivery tracking, telecom provider coordination, and circuit readiness. 3. Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization experience supporting Cisco switching environments, secure connectivity, routing/switching coordination, and network refresh initiatives. 4. Network Cutover and Migration Planning ability to manage enterprise cutover planning, traffic transitions, stabilization, and business-critical migration activities. 5. Network Security and Access Infrastructure Projects experience managing secure connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, and enterprise authentication/access reliability.
Environment: Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams). Clarity PPM. Azure DevOps. *** Position is Hybrid, expect 2 onsite days per week
