Job description

We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to design, implement, and support a highly available, secure, and scalable enterprise network infrastructure. This role is a blend of hands-on engineering and project work (approximately 50/50), supporting data centers, corporate offices, and cloud networking environments while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
  • Administer routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, and cloud networking.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize reliability.
  • Lead network projects including upgrades, hardware refreshes, security initiatives, and disaster recovery.
  • Maintain network security, documentation, and access controls.
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as an escalation point for technical issues.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams on enterprise initiatives.

Technical Requirements
  • Enterprise networking experience with Cisco (Nexus, Routing, Wireless, ISE).
  • Experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
  • Networking in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments.
  • Experience with F5 BIG-IP load balancers and Web Application Firewall (WAF).
  • Strong knowledge of BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki and/or Juniper is a plus.
  • Ansible for network automation is a plus.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6+ years of enterprise network administration/engineering experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading technical projects independently.

Compensation: Up to $125,000 annually
Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
