- Provide calendar management, meeting coordination, and email communication support for the Executive Director and Director.
- Coordinate logistics for events and workshops, including invitations, registration, space/Zoom setup, materials, and on site support.
- Maintain tracking tools and databases for participants, program activity, and outcomes to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Manage the mentorship network database and assist with mentor venture matching, scheduling introductions, and monitoring engagement.

- Bachelor's degree with approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing calendars, meetings, and event logistics.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; comfort interacting with faculty members, graduate students, administrative colleagues, and external professionals.
- Experience using basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, shared drives, CRM or databases) to manage information and workflows.
- Genuine interest in innovation, startups, or technology commercialization and enthusiasm for supporting teams doing this work.
