What you will do

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless systems, and firewalls
  • Support daily network operations and monitoring
  • Resolve Level 1–2 issues and assist with escalations
  • Help with network cabling, upgrades, and new installations
  • Maintain and improve network documentation
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on network security and infrastructure improvements

What the agency is looking for

  • CCNA certification (required)
  • 3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
  • Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, wireless systems, and VoIP
