Job Description

TCS is searching for a Network Engineer - Mid-level for an exciting role based in Huntsville, AL. This role will be supporting/leading a cutting edge new project supporting our client a leader in U.S. defense technologies.

These positions require US citizenship, an existing DoD clearance (Top Secret or higher), and on-site work at a facility in Huntsville, Alabama (telework is not available).

Required
  • 5+ Years with bachelor’s degree or; 2 Years with master’s degree
  • Must have a DoD 8140 certification (ex: Security + CE)
  • U.S. citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance
  • Previous support of govt contracts
  • Active Cisco certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc.
  • Experience with Cisco Networks with a focus on Network configuration
  • Experience with RHEL, Red Hat Satellite servers and configuration
  • Experience with VMWare ESXi, VMWare vCenter
  • Experience with LAN and WAN management
  • Palo Alto firewall experience
  • Familiarity with Network Technologies and Cybersecurity
  • Strong systems administrator experience, specifically in Linux Operating System environments
