VoIP Engineer
Reports To: Principal Engineer
Status: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Midvale, UT - On-Site

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
• Serve as a primary engineer rolling out new RingCentral deployments across 38+ Senior Living locations in multiple states.
• Provide first line of support for all RingCentral VoIP issues and support.
• Be a proactive technical resource, maintaining VoIP and VoIP network-related issues, both onsite and remotely.
• Ensure timely VoIP problem resolution with ownership from start to finish.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES
• Work with RingCentral project managers and support teams.
• Work with other partners and vendors as needed.
• Work with Senior Care community leadership teams on rollout and support.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate VoIP system problems efficiently and completely.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of client experience by creating and updating documentation and supporting internal and client training initiatives.
• Collaborate with other Engineering teams to align technology initiatives.
• Install, configure, and maintain VoIP systems, network infrastructure, and related components to ensure optimal performance.
• Accurately document work, issues, and outcomes in the ConnectWise ticketing system.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation, ensuring timely support coverage outside of standard business hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/TECHNICAL SKILLS
Qualifications could Include but is not limited to:
• Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, etc.)
• Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019
• Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS)
• Proficient in Active Directory
• Desktop support and user support
• Windows Client Operating Systems (Window 7, 10)
• PSA or RMM experience
• Certifications: MCSA, MCP, A+, Network+, CCNA, Security+ VCP (recent certification or recertification)
