We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Network Engineer to join our ITOps - Global Network Infrastructure team. This role is integral to our mission, as you will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise network infrastructure. What You'll Do
  • Architect, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable network solutions across LAN/WAN environments.
  • Direct projects related to Palo Alto Networks firewalls, encompassing policy development, threat prevention, and VPN setup.
  • Manage and optimize Aruba wireless and switching infrastructure, including ClearPass and AirWave.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Implement and enforce network security guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and business applications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and support incident response efforts.
  • Build and support dark fiber solutions for high-capacity network infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
  • Proficiency with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Aruba networking solutions.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, and subnetting.
  • Experience working with network monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG).
  • Proven ability to build and implement secure network architectures.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Certifications such as PCNSE, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience in network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments is desirable.

Pay Range

$77,000 - $143,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
