Location : Remote Boston based Pharma client
Job description:
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Veeva Network Developer to support our commercial data operations from offshore. The ideal candidate will be VNT-certified, with deep expertise in Veeva Network, customer data mastering, and integration with surrounding systems such as Salesforce, Veeva CRM, data warehouses, and analytics platforms. This role requires strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands on development and configuration in Veeva Network, including data model enhancements, match and merge and integration workflows.
  • Stay current with latest Veeva Network releases and apply new features to improve business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement scalable solutions.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, vendors, Veeva support, and IT teams.
  • Integrate and support surrounding systems such as Salesforce, Veeva CRM, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of the Agile framework.
  • Provide timely updates and manage tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Veeva Network Certified (VNT) with hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong understanding of customer data mastering and HCP/HCO data models.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, preferably in Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Veeva CRM system integrations.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Strong skills in technical design, documentation, and solution development.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with global teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools like API Gateway, postman and Informatica.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in the life sciences industry.
  • Experience in data profiling, validation, and data flow troubleshooting.
Work Environment:
  • Remote collaboration with onshore teams.
  • Must be available to overlap with US Eastern Time Zone for key meetings and updates.
