Job description

The Network Engineer will design, implement, and maintain the WDP System's network infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity within cloud and hybrid environments. They will configure and manage network devices, implement software-defined networking solutions, establish security controls such as firewalls and segmentation, and optimize routing and traffic flows for high performance. Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting complex issues, automating configurations, and maintaining detailed documentation. They will also conduct capacity planning, ensure compliance with security policies, participate in disaster recovery planning, and collaborate with IT teams to meet application requirements. Additionally, they will evaluate emerging networking technologies, contribute to IT infrastructure strategy, and stay current with best practices to enhance the network's reliability and security.

  • SECRET Security Clearance Required
  • CEH, Cloud+, GCIH, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP certification (for Junior/Journeyman roles)
  • SecurityX / CASP+, CCNA, CCNP Security, CCSP, GCED, GCIA, GCLD, GDSA, or GFACT (for Senior roles)
  • We are actively seeking multiple levels:
  • Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
  • Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
  • Senior: 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
  • Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
