As part of our supportive and collaborative virtual network, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Jacksonville, Florida, or throughout the state. Using secure telehealth platforms, you will conduct therapy sessions that foster client connections and effective communication. • Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to discern clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize secure telehealth technologies to provide evidence-based therapy, adapting methods to align with each client’s preferences and requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to set personalized therapeutic goals, providing relevant support and guidance throughout the therapeutic journey.
• Engage clients in various therapeutic techniques, ensuring that the approaches utilized are suitable to assist them in overcoming their challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and treatment outcomes for effective follow-up and evaluation.

You will work with a diverse client base facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding and adapting to the unique needs of each client will be paramount in this role.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients effectively, even in a remote setting.
• A strong demonstration of empathy and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• The ability to exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to manage therapy sessions and documentation effectively.

• Experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is preferred.
• A background in working with diverse populations and addressing various mental health conditions.
• Previous involvement in developmental programs or peer supervision teams within the mental health field.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
