Description:
We're seeking an experienced contract Sourcing Recruiter to support Go To Market talent acquisition efforts.
You'll partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies, proactively identify and engage passive candidates through market research and relationship management, and conduct in-depth interviews to assess fit against Client's Leadership Principles.
The ideal candidate brings corporate or search firm recruiting experience with mid-senior level talent, strong networking abilities, and a consultative approach to delivering high-quality candidate slates. You'll need excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to execute full-cycle recruiting strategy including employer promotion and diversity sourcing, and a commitment to continuous improvement while managing cost-effective sourcing approaches.
This role requires someone who can profile candidates for cultural fit and motivation, recommend innovative recruitment strategies, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
