POSITION SUMMARY

LBMC Technology Solutions iscurrently seeking aSystems Admin-Field Network Engineerto add to the team. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical knowledge to an individual's capacity for understanding. The right person for this role mustthrive in a rapidly changing environment, while maintaining a busy workload. Candidates should have technical experience with Microsoft Office 365 migration support, Active Directory administration, Windows Server administration and networking.The preference is for the individual to be local to middle Tennessee. There will be some local travel, along with remote work.

PRIMARY DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Onsite and remote client interaction
  • Design IT solutions to meet client requirements and company standards
  • Work with Microsoft server and application solutions
  • Implement and troubleshoot on premise networking (wired and wireless) solutions
  • Deploy and troubleshoot security and firewall-based solutions
  • Design, migrate and troubleshoot cloud-based solutions
  • Implement and support backup solutions; on premise and cloud based
  • ?Deploy and support various applications, as needed by clients
QUALIFICATION | SKILLS
  • 3+ years of administration/engineer of experience
  • Experience on Office 365 is preferred
  • Experience with Network/Switching is preferred
  • Amazon Web Services experience is a plus.
  • Microsoft Azure experience is a plus
  • SharePoint Online experience is a plus
  • Microsoft, networking, and security certifications are a plus
  • Experience with security tools such as Defender for Business and other EDR.MDR is a plus.
  • Powershell, scripting, and/or automation experience is a plus.
  • Mac skills are desired
  • Experience with Windows deployment and support
  • Experience with end user support
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Willingness for flexibility in role (wearing multiple hats) to best support the company's and clients' needs
