  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools

You’ll work remotely but travel frequently—sometimes at night or over weekends depending on project needs. You’ll be the go-to technician on-site, so leadership, clarity, and ownership are a must.


What You’ll Do:


  • Deliver high-quality on-site service and customer communication during installation, maintenance, or repair activities, ensuring professional conduct and issue resolution.
  • Install and configure low-voltage network cabling and hardware in field environments, adhering to site specs, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Lead vehicle-based installations of telematics, GPS, and electronic systems, ensuring accuracy, calibration, and adherence to manufacturer requirements.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues independently, using diagrams, tools, and software to identify and correct field problems.
  • Document work clearly and completely using digital tools, ensuring photos, checklists, and system entries meet closeout and reporting standards.
