About the Role
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled, reliable IT/Cabling Technician for a temporary position supporting our growing network of ABA centers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving in the field, and traveling to multiple locations. You'll work directly with our IT Team to expand and enhance our existing computer and network infrastructure across multiple sites. This is a fast-paced, highly mobile role with significant time spent on the road.
Key Responsibilities
> Run and terminate 25 ft to 70 ft network cable lines (Cat5e/Cat6), including crimping and testing
> Perform ladder work, ceiling work, and cable routing in commercial office environments
> Install, configure, and troubleshoot wifi, security and computer equipment within an established network
> Set up and optimize network equipment (switches, routers, access points) with direction from IT Team
> Document installations, cable paths, and equipment configurations
> Maintain tools, materials, and inventory for each project
> Travel extensively-riding with another IT Team member to various centers across multiple states, including long days and overnight trips. Must be available for 100% travel and weekend work.
Requirements
> Hands-on experience with low-voltage cabling, camera installation, or IT fieldwork
> Ability to crimp, terminate, and test network cables with confidence
> Comfort working on ladders, in ceilings, and in active construction or commercial spaces
> Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
> Valid driver's license and ability to travel for extended periods
> Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to represent Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy positively at all locations
> Ability to submit to a background check including criminal history search and drug screen.
