IT Network Administrator

Title: IT Network Administrator In this role, you will manage, monitor, and enhance the network infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of security, performance, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the banking industry or large organizations in other sectors, with expert-level knowledge of Cisco and Juniper networks. The positon's daily work is mainly on the network systems and devices such as: Firewalls/Routers/Switches/VOIP/Wireless (software and hardware) Installation Configuration Upgrade Monitoring Troubleshooting Very familiar with network systems operation and maintenance Experience in Information Security is highly desired Knowledge or experience of network architecture design is Plus Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations. Perform network updates, patches, and configuration setups to ensure security and optimal performance. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Manage and maintain network security protocols and compliance standards. Collaborate with IT security and system administrators to integrate security measures. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and updates. Provide technical support and guidance to other IT staff and end-users. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Network Administrator or Network Engineer or in a similar role within the banking industry or large organizations. Knowledge of Cisco and Juniper networks, products, and services. Proven hands-on experience with network updates, patches, and configuration setups. Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS). Proficiency with network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly desirable. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
