Job description

Job Title: Logistics Administration Manager
Reports to: Director of Logistics
Division: Operations & Logistics
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Administration Manager to enhance our retail network and overall supply chain infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and have a strong background in inventory optimization, vendor coordination, and cross-functional logistics support. This position involves close collaboration with retail partners, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline product flow, manage transit networks, and deliver exceptional service.
ESSENTIAL JOB REPSONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of this role focus on optimizing retail and cross-functional inventory flow, location transfers, and regional shipments to ensure seamless operations.
• Designing and delivering logistics training in conjunction with the retail operations team to maximize inventory accuracy and product availability across all locations.
• Provides logistics support by resolving store and internal stakeholder tickets in Matrix 42, ensuring timely solutions that strictly adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for logistics inquiries from retail and corporate stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence, the role involves processing, auditing, and monitoring transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Process and monitor transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to facilitate smooth operations.
• Actively analyze retail logistics data to identify process gaps, implement system enhancements, and refine operational procedures to maintain high organizational standards
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in logistics, retail operations, warehousing, customer service, or supply chain.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) required.
  • Experience of working with ticketing systems such as Matrix 42 or similar service management platforms.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices.
  • Experience working with carriers and third-party logistics providers.
  • Experience supporting multi-location retail operations.

SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $95,000/year
