Are you ready to make an impact?
We are seeking an Consultant with expertise in NetSuite to join our Technology & Experience Practice at West Monroe. In this role, you will leverage your NetSuite knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that address our clients' unique business needs. You will play a critical role in client engagements, driving business process improvements, system implementations, and providing strategic guidance to ensure successful NetSuite deployments.
Responsibilities
  • Support client-facing NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with client goals and best practices.
  • Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, Inventory, and other relevant areas based on client needs.
  • Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend NetSuite functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless operations for clients.
  • Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using NetSuite capabilities.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency.
  • Work closely with West Monroe's cross-functional teams (industry, technology, and project management) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their NetSuite needs.

Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation, configuration, and support experience.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk integrations is a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of business processes in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, professional services, or retail.
  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., Administrator, ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to travel up to 30 to 50%.

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
